Refund policy

*No Refunds or Exchanges.

Please note - Should you receive a damaged item(s), it must be reported within 2 business days and returned within 5 business days to receive a store credit only. In order to receive store credit, take a photo that clearly displays the damage and send us an email at info@theviewboutique.com with the photo attached. Please include a picture of the paper invoice and your order number. 

  •  Returns are processed within 15-20 business days after your item(s) are received back.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and clothing tags must be attached.
  • A 50% restocking fee may be applied to final sale items and on discounted sale item(s).
  • When returning by mail, you will be responsible for covering all shipping cost. All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note: your package may take several weeks to reach us, depending on the carrier and shipping method chosen. 

Non-returnable - merchandise includes final sale, bodysuits, and swimwear.
